Criteria : B.E,B.Tech,MCA,M.E,M.Tech
- Good analytical skills
- End to end software development lifecycle experience
- Experience in project and/or product management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor Degree required, Masters Preferred
Skills :
- Technical and business analysis skills in the areas of supply chain, cost accounting and related business process.
- Good understanding of business process modelling tools.
- Expertise in Excel, Microsoft Visio or equivalent and other MS-office applications.
- Familiarity with Web technologies– HTML / ASP / PHP / JS / Java / J2EE / UML
- ERP software implementation experience
- Experience in the food industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrates ownership and accountability
- Ability to resolve conflicting situations
- Master’s degree in Business or Technology.
Job Description :
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to communicate the business vision for the project and to identify the product requirements.
- Perform Gap Analysis by analyzing the user requirements and issues and define the best fit solution, while maintaining the integrity of existing applications
- Liaise with Software development and quality assurance teams to ensure requirements are understood clearly.
- Create the solution design including user workflows, GUI and interface designs, data requirements and business logic.
- Oversee the development of the product as per the design.
- Identify test requirements and assist in writing and execution of user acceptance test.
- Work directly with the implementation team to ensure delivery and implementation of the software solution
- Track requirements throughout the project to avoid scope creep and to ensure project requirements are being met
- Provide customer-specific training to the SCA applications for effective software release rollout to customers
- Ensure preparation of user documentation of application functionalities.
- Participate in product demo preparations and demos to the client
- Act as an interface between working teams, support teams, client and other stakeholders.
- Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
- Enhance opportunities by identifying and recommending new software/services to be developed.
