1. Manage database infrastructure which consists of Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL,
Cassandra
2. Optimize queries, business logic and processes to improve efficiency of the
infrastructure
3. Review requirements with application team(s), provide time line for tasks that needs to
be done by DBA team and ensure timely deliveries
4. Provide consultancy to product/application team on developing efficient programs
5. Maintain backup of configuration and databases

6. Ensures DB servers are monitored 24x7 and timely actions are taken on incidents
