Responsibilities:
- 1. Hands on approach on the complete spectrum of the functional and nonfunctional testing.
- 2. Expertise in ability to identify critical value points in the application for Automation and implementing Automation including but not limited to UI Automation.
- 3. Understanding of the CD pipeline and can put proper quality gates within the CD pipeline.
- 4. Expertise in Exploratory testing instead of sticking to a test plan and strategic mindset in test execution.
- 5. Should be able to devise and implement a testing strategy per Test Pyramid.
- 6. Ability to triage failure, identify root cause and define corrective actions.
- 7. Excellent team member with Passion for technology and overall quality.
- 1. 5+ year experience in Testing (manual and automation) of business software applications.
- 2. Experience with Testing tools like Microsoft Test Manger, JIRA, Selenium, Coded UI, Spec Flow etc.
- 3. Experience of creating test frameworks and strategy using appropriate automation/ Performance/ API/ Security tools.
- 4. SQL knowledge.
- 5. Exposure to configuration management tools like GIT, SVN etc.
- 6. Interest in business domain and key business functions thereby better certification of quality of the application.
- 7. Exposure to Java/. Net development environments.
- 8. Senior testers should possess leadership mindset and expertise with testing methodologies, strategies, tools, techniques and should be able to lead, mentor and guide team members.
