WTS Energy is looking for an Emirati Assistant Site Manager to work in Dubai permanently. The client is a national oil company.
Under the supervision of the Site Manager the assistant site manager is responsible for his shift’s job activities for testing & registration operations.
He is also responsible for the maintenance of outstanding customer service, superior site image and efficient staff supervision in his shift.

Requirements
- Preferably having a Bachelors in Automotive Engineering. Basic training in Management skills.
- Having a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Fully IT Literate

3.1 Assisting in Site Management/Supervision
Responsibility, in conjunction with the Site Manager, for the achievement of sales targets through profit generation, expense control and the maintenance of site image standards, to company requirements.
3.2 Customer Service By example and training ensure that outstanding customer service is maintained at all times by all the staff in his shift and in each facet of site operations.
Handles all customer complaints, in his shift, in a professional and courteous manner.
3.3 Site Image
Ensure that the site maintains an excellent image for customers through delegation to and supervision of all staff to achieve company standards of cleanliness and hygiene and in all areas. Makes sure that vehicle owners do not overcrowd the test-bays or the waiting hall and monitors the counter staff’s performance on a regular basis.
