Job Description :
Marlabs, Inc., a Piscataway, NJ-based software and technology consulting company, has multiple openings for Sr. Developer (Seibel/ Salesforce CRM) (for locations nationwide). Lead a team of software developers for design, development, configuring, and testing of CRM applications. Responsibilities include: Analysis of client business processes and functional requirements; Interact with clients and develop design specification. Perform to Load data into Siebel from other Legacy system; Monitoring project development, and ensuring conformity to project specifications at all stages as well as obtaining periodic client acceptance of the project deliverables. Data migration and Conversion from Legacy CRM to Cloud CRM solutions; Database design, Data modeling, Data mapping, Data analysis, and Data validation; Implementation and customization of CRM Application Packages; Writing and implementing test plans. Prioritize tasks and Plan the Sprints in Agile Development environment; Plan, coordinate and review the work products of other programmers and developers under his/her supervision. Req.: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in CompSci, any Engg, CIS, Science, Math, Business or related with five years' exp. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: (1) At least three years exp. in CRM Application development using Siebel CRM, Salesforce CRM Sales, Service Cloud. (2) At least three years exp. in Apex, Eclipse, Force.com IDE, Siebel EAI , Siebel EIM, Workflows, Oracle Database, SOAP UI - Integration using JSON and SOAP, Agile Development Methodologies Using JIRA. Travel and relocation possible to unanticipated client locations which will be anywhere in the US; All responses to this ad must include Job code reference SK7379.
