Skills :
Good Communication Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a reputed university/institute
· 6+ years of experience in Software Industry
· Oops/Java (core /advanced)Good with Java,J2EE,
· Spring, Hibernate(Mandatory), Struts is good to have
· Web Services(Good to have)
· Design experience or at least able to design
· Database :Oracle,DB2,MYSQL(At least one of the rational DBS is Mandatory)
Job Description :
The team is looking for engineers with proven ability in developing complex functionality in a fast paced environment. Performance, Scalability and an Extensible design are of utmost importance. An ideal candidate should not only be able to practice but also be able to inculcate the habits of good design and coding among the team.
• Design, Coding, Unit Testing and Documentation for a module(s)
• Maintenance of existing features/modules
• Acting as a technical lead for other developers in the team
• Working with Business Analysts and internal/external customers to ensure that requirements are understood
• Estimating effort for new features and coming up with release plans
• Holding or participating in solution approach, test plan and code reviews
• Escalation of critical issues in a timely fashion
• Mentoring junior team members in best practices and standards
• Driving engineering improvements and excellence in the team
