Roles &Responsibilities
- Min of 1- 2 years of experience in HR/PMO or L&D Co-ordination skills & backend support
- Training Administration & Co-ordination
- End to end execution of Training Programs ( Process, Domain, classroom/online) for employee participation
- Program support and Logistics for smooth running of the learning events.
- Co-ordinate Trainer/Vendor Evaluation & apply Measurement tools for effectiveness,
Training Dashboard Maintenance : Periodic Training Report updating
Must to have skills
- Team Player, High energy in interacting with people, Panning and Organizing Skills, Data gathering skills, Intermediate Excel (Optional - Macros)
