- BE / M Tech / MCA from reputed college / university with good academic record
- Pega Certified System / Senior System Architect (CSA / CSSA)

Skills you need :
- Java and Java web services
- Pega PRPC v7.3
- Pega NBAM framework
- Datastores like Oracle
- Performance tuning
- Minimum 5 years of experience in designing, developing, implementing and supporting applications using Pega technology. Experience on Pega cloud will be an advantage
- Experience of analysis and verification of User Requirement Documentation, Functional Specification and Technical Design Specification
- Experience in instructing infrastructure people to create test regions for both batch and online.
- Proven experience of working as interface between build and test teams and engaging in problem investigation and resolution
- Produced accurate estimates for development of software by understanding the technical specification and providing development efforts
- Analysed various quality dimensions including performance, reliability and resilience, and design and implement improvements to meet them
- Creation of maintainable code with attention to robustness, performance, stability, scalability and testability
- Excellent communicator (written and verbal, formal and informal)
